Sensual Heels classes in Amsterdam.

The beginner class is with a lott of confidence exercises, basic techniques, meditation and some combo's or short choreography. 

The pre-intermediate class is a intensive choreography class. 

FRIDAY 

Exotic Pole-dance classes through and at Iron Forest Studio in Hilversum. 

The beginner class is with sensual confidence exercise and a choreography. The intermediate is a strong choreography
